By renting this property, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all the risks associated with your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, or loss. The property owner/manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during your stay, whether indoors or on the premises.

2. Property Use:

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and adhere to all the house rules provided. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of the rules will be the responsibility of the guest.

3. Safety and Supervision:

Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all members of their party, including children. Please be cautious around potentially hazardous areas, such as staircases, balconies,  outdoor spaces, beaches, or in the community.

4. Personal Belongings:

The property owner/manager is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of personal items brought to the rental property. Guests are advised to lock doors and secure their belongings.

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

While we strive to maintain the property in excellent condition, unforeseen issues (e.g., appliance malfunction, utility outages) may arise. The owner/manager will address these issues as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee immediate resolution. No refunds or discounts will be issued for minor inconveniences.

6. Environmental Factors:

Guests should be aware of potential environmental hazards, including weather-related events, wildlife, and natural terrain. The property owner/manager is not liable for any harm caused by such factors.

7. Legal Compliance:

Guests must comply with all local laws, ordinances, and regulations during their stay. Any illegal activity on the property will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund and may be reported to authorities.

8. Local culture:

Guests must respect local culture and practices. Dress modestly while in public. There are beaches dedicated for tourists to give privacy.
